We currently offer worldwide shipping. Orders within Vietnam typically arrive in 2-3 business days, while international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Yes, all d'Annam products are 100% vegan and we never test on animals. We are committed to ethical beauty practices and sustainable ingredient sourcing.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been opened or tested.
